My coworkers and I just pushed out a kind of hyper-local promotion tool - allows you to create/target an ad for an app/yard sale/whatever by specific zip code or area.
Ad appears on thousands of different apps, for mobile users in that area.
App is Android only for now, would love for anyone to try it out and give us some feedback.
