Hello!

I'm on a small payroll team that processes for 820 people twice monthly. We're totally swamped right now and looking for more people, and my organization is just lacking right when we need it the most.

I have tried several time-block apps, but it doesn't really help because my workload is filled with several small items, rather than a few time-consuming ones. By the time I update an app like that, the item is probably done. My issue is more that there are several tiny details to remember for each different process, and with how busy we are, I've been letting some of the details slip through the cracks. I'd like something where I can maybe enter "Termination" or "Commission Sheet" and bring up a detailed checklist with what I need to make sure happens. I'd like to be able to interact with the checklist and maybe input information (such as pay rate, bonus information), though, to make sure that I get it all done, and then have a new one appear when I need it again.

I also process employee terminations in HR; if there's anything that can help me develop better automated checklists for that as well, it would be incredible.
